摘    要:建立用Smartchem140全自动化学分析仪测定自来水中氯化物的方法,在实验最佳条件下,氯化物浓度在1~200mg/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为Conc.=-3 679.657Abs2+2 448.946Abs-17.154,相关系数为0.998 8,样品加标回收率为98.98%~101.64%。该方法有简单、快速,干扰少,准确度和精密度好等优点,适合在环境监测领域推广使用。

Abstract:We develop the method to determine the content of Chloride in tap water samples.Under optimized experimental conditions,the chloride concentration has good linear relationship with absorption in the range of 1 ~ 200mg/L.The regression equation was Conc.=-3 679.657Abs2 + 2 448.946Abs -17.154,r =0.998 8.The recovery this method can reach about 98.98% ~ 101.64%.The method has the advantages,such as briefness,rapidity,less interference,good accuracy and precision,which is suitable for use in the field of environmental monitoring.
