摘    要:在棉纺织工业生产中,梳棉工序是影响成纱等级和布面实物质量的关键工序。因此寻找梳棉机的最佳工艺条件是提高产品质量的主要环节之一。本文介绍了应用一次回归正交试验法,找到了梳棉机的比较理想工艺条件,并取得了每月节棉一万七千斤的经济效益。

Abstract:In the cotton textile industry the carding process is a crucial process to the grade of finished yarn and the quality of cloth products.Therefore the searching for the optimal technological conditions of carding machine is one of the key links in improv- ing the quality of products.This paper presents some ideal technological conditions of carding machine found through the method of linear regressional orthogonal experiment design. Adopting these conditions we can save 17,000 jin of cotton per month.
