摘    要:以汽轮发电机定子轴向分段多流式径向通风系统为研究对象,建立了定子径向通风系统流量分配模型.考虑到定子各风区间的流量相依性,利用压力平衡来判断风区间的汇流点和分流点,使模型研究结果更加切合实际.应用模型对某空冷汽轮发电机定子轴向分段多流式径向通风系统进行研究,并将研究结果与真机试验结果进行比较,结果表明,精度满足工程要求,从而验证了模型的正确性.

Abstract:A model for the flow rate distribution of the radial ventilation in stators was built,taking the axial sectional type radial ventilation system of a turbo-generator stators as a research example.Considering the flow volume dependency between the ventilation zones in the stator,the confluence point and the diversion point were determined according to the pressure balance between ventilation zones so as to make the results more practical by the model.The fluid field of an air-cooled turbo-generator stator was analyzed based on the model.The results were compared with the experimental results,which shows that the accuracy meets the need in engineering,and the model was verified.
