摘    要:应将人力资源整合放在并购过程的核心位置,在制定合理人力资源战略的同时建立以人为本的企业文化体系,使并购方与被并购方具有相同的价值观。

Abstract:The integration of human resources should be the core of the mergers and acquisitions,and at the same time of making rational strategies of human resources,people-centered enterprise cultural systems should be constructed for the same values of the acquiring and acquired parties.
