| 摘 要： | 首先，分析了核心军事能力与多样化军事任务的时代内涵，指出加强核心军事能力建设体现在现阶段就是打赢信息化条件下的局部战争，而提高完成多样化军事任务的能力是新形势下军队职能使命拓展的必然要求。在此基础上，对二者之间的关系进行了阐述，认为加强核心军事能力建设是完成多样化军事任务的基础和核心，完成多样化军事任务是核心军事能力建设的延伸和拓展。
