| Abstract: | The issue of changing the work style of organs guided by the scientific outlook on development is a brand-new research,bearing abundant meanings of the times and requiring the organs at various levels to make unremitting efforts for exploration,discussion and practice.Closely integrated with the practical work,this paper puts forward the issue and advances proposals from five important aspects. |
