基于遗传算法的柔性调度系统模型及其应用

摘    要:以一个车间作业调度问题为例,探讨了一种借助遗传算法优化调度系统的模型。模型中考虑了基于工序的调度编码和遗传操作改进,以及在适应度函数中如何加入柔性处理等问题。实例模型计算结果表明了该模型的优越性。

Abstract:This paper discussed a schedule optimization model for a given example of job shop scheduling problem by using the Genetic Algorithm,where such problems as process-based genetic coding of a schedule,improvement on the genetic operators,and how to deal with scheduling flexibility in adaptation function in Genetic Algorithm were properly studied.Comparison and analysis of the results obtained from example simulations showed some advantages of this model.
