| 摘 要： | 按《新药（西药）临床前研究指导原则汇编》的技术要求，采用注射用美洛西林钠他唑巴坦钠（2：1和4：1）复方制剂分别按180mg·kg^-1和360mg·kg^-1静脉注射麻醉犬，考察该复方制剂的两种不同配比对麻醉犬心电图的影响．结果表明：注射用美洛西林钠他唑巴坦钠（2：1和4：1）180mg·kg^-1和360mg·kg^-1对麻醉犬的心电图均无明显影响．

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect on anesthetized dogs by ECG of the two kinds of compound preparations, According to specification of 《guideline collection of preclinical study in new drugs（ Western medicine）》, anesthetized clogs were administered intravenously two compound preparations respectively. The two compound preparations were made of different proportions 2：1 and 4：1 of mezlocillin sodium and tazobactam sodium. The results showed ECG of anesthetized dogs were seldom changed after administration at the dosages of 180 mg ·kg^-1 and 360 mg ·kg^-1 |
