论新建本科院校发展的三个问题

On Three Problems of Development of Newly-established Universities

The newly-established universities are a new vital force for the higher education of our country.Scientific,sustainable and harmonious developments are three problems which should be paid special attention to in the development of these universities.Reasonable orientation of these universities is an important prerequisite to the scientific development.Therefore,orientation of these universities should be on the ground of applicability that emphasizes the localization,professions,features and creativity.During the period of transition,the guarantee of enough educational funds and establishing and perfecting a regulatory regime are two key factors to the sustainable development of these universities.Facing the duties of the construction of the new campuses and evaluation of the teaching of undergraduate courses,the most important and pressing things for the newly-established universities to do are coordinate and unify the scope,quality,structure and beneficial results which are the only way for the newly-established universities to go.Only on the basis of science,sustaining and harmony can the newly-established universities develop successfully on the whole.
