| 摘 要： | 建立了度洛西汀原料药中乙醇、乙酸乙酯和甲苯3种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法.采用毛细管气相色谱法,以体积分数5%的四氢呋喃溶液为溶剂,内标法计算残留溶剂的含量.平均回收率分别为99.7%、100.1%和100.4%,RSD分别为0.84%、1.26%和2.06%.

| Abstract: | A capillary GC method for the determination of residual organic solvents such as ethanol,ethyl acetate and toluene in duloxetine is established.The assay of residual solvents is calculated by internal standard method using 5% of tetrahydrofuran as the solvent.The average recoveries are 99.7%,100.1% and 100.4%,with RSDs of 0.84%,1.26% and 2.06%,respectively. |
