| 摘 要： | 通过对西北干旱区小城镇资源环境的现状进行分析,找出制约该区发展的资源因素,从而解决该区资源严重缺乏导致的社会经济发展问题。结果表明,资源再组织是促进西北干旱区小城镇资源充分、合理利用的有效手段。采用行政区划调整对资源缺乏地区进行资源再组织,有利于形成资源合力和地区优势,有助于促进经济社会的发展。
