摘    要:为了拓宽硬质PVC制品的应用,克服PVC/ABS弹性体增韧的缺点.采用无机刚性粒子活性碳酸钙或有机刚性粒子PS进行增韧改性,使材料的抗冲击性能得以提高,并改善其加工性能及外观。着重探讨PVC/ABS合金的组成,力学性能和加工。

Abstract:In order to expand using of the rigid PVC, the development of PVC/ABS alloy is necessary. The inorganic rigid particle (active CaCO3) and organic rigid particle (PS) are employed in .modification of the toughening PVC/ABS. The impact strength, processability and outward appearance of the PVC/ABS product are improved. The composite processing and mechanical performances are disscussed in this paper.
