| 摘 要： | 光通信在社会产生和生活中的应用越来越广泛,它的地位也越来越重要,为学生简单演示光通信很有必要。文中介绍了一种使用TDA2822M集成电路及外围元件制作成的光通信演示仪。该演示仪制作简单,成本低廉。分别使用LED发光二极管和半导体激光器作为光信号发射器件,用空气和光导纤维作为光传输介质,演示效果明显,基本达到了演示光通信的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the electric circuit of simply equipped demonstration of optical communication. We use TDA2822M IC and external components to devise a electric circuit. The advantages of electric circuit are producing simple and low cost. It demonstrates effect distinct. This optical communication uses LED or semiconductor laser unit. It can show the optical communication really. |
