摘    要:在大田试验条件下,研究了深松覆盖(ST)、少耕(RT)、免耕覆盖(NT)、传统耕作(CT)对冬小麦根际土及非根际土不同生育时期土壤过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脲酶(URE)、转化酶(SS)酶活性的影响.结果表明,保护性耕作(ST,RT,NT)提高了小麦生育后期土壤酶活性,能促进秸秆分解,提高土壤养分含量.覆盖处理(ST,NT)与传统耕作(CT)酶活性问差异达显著水平,RT与CT差异性不显著.与非根际土相比,根际土更能体现冬小麦不同生育时期土壤酶活性的变化规律.

Abstract:By the four different tillage treatments:subsoiling tillage and covering (ST),No-till with covering (NT),tillage reduction (RT),conventional tillage(CT) in the field conditions,soil enzyme activity on different changes of winter wheat at different developing stages is studied.Conservation tillage (ST,NT,RT) can promote straw to decompose, storage water,and develop root system.The results showed that soil enzyme activity of conservation tillage higher than CT in the later developing stages,especially covering tillage treatments (ST, NT) is obvious difference compared with CT.The RT is no obvious difference.The soil enzyme activity in rhizosphere soil can represent the change of soil enzyme activity of winter wheat at different developing stages compared with non-rhizosphere soil.
