| 摘 要： | Ｎ，Ｎ１一二磺酰基乙二胺与钠在乙醇中作用，所得Ｎ，Ｎ１一二磺酰基乙二胺二钠盐不经分离，直接与１，３－二氯－２－丙醇进行［１＋１］环缩合合成了６－羟基－Ｎ，Ｎ１－二磺酰基－１，４－二氮杂环庚烷．利用羟基的氯代反应、成醚反应和成酯反应对羟基成功地进行了功能化，从而在环上引入了氯原子、烷氧链和酰氧链．

| Abstract: | The obtained disodium N,N'-ditosylethylenediamine from reaction of N,N'-ditosylethylene diamine with sodium in ethanol, no need of isolation, was directly condensed with 1, 3-dichloro-2-propanol to yield the title compound. Moreover, Functionalization of the hydroxy group was caned out by Chloration, etherification and esterification, So a chlorine atom, a alkoxy chain, a acyloxy chain were introduced in the ring respectively. |
