| 摘 要： | 比较了涡街流量计的测量方法，选用了具有灵敏度高、耐热性强、抗震性强等优点的电容式涡街流量计，介绍了其测量原理与系统组成．通过科学的理论推导，获得涡街力、偏转角与电容的关系，并将电容式涡街流量测量信号处理方法进行分析和比较．最后阐述了电容式涡街流量计研制的技术关键． |
