| 摘 要： | 发展农村社会养老保险事业是我国社会主义现代化建设的一项重要内容。作为边远地区、高寒山区的曲靖，农村社会养老保险工作已经取得了一定的成绩，解决了一部分农村人口的养老问题。但目前，曲靖的农村社会养老保险工作还存在着几个方面的问题，建议从完善管理体制、增强农民的投保意识和加大农村社会养老保险基金的监管力度等几个方面来加以完善和改进。

| Abstract: | Developing the rural social old-age insurance is an important content of Chinese socialist modernization. in Qujing, which is belong to border district and mountain area, the work of rural social old-age insurance has acquired a certain achievement, and solved the old-age problem of some peasants. But, at present,the rural social old-age insurance of Qujing also has several problems. as a result, we suggest improving and revising the system in the following aspects: improving the system of management, stimulating the initiative of peasants and strengthening the management of rural social old-age insurancefund. |
