| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理正在向煤矿推进.尽理难度很大,但已取得了成效.作者根据多年实践从宏观与微观济角度对其必然性、特点和可行性进行了分析,认为全面质量管理是煤炭工业摆脱目前质量差、事故多、效率低、亏损大、效益差被动状况的一条自我解放之路.并从煤矿生产特点的分析入手,按8个方面,研究了如何走出具有煤矿特色的全面质量管理道路.认为全面质量管理能够在煤矿突破并具有大失亏低率效

| Abstract: | The total Quality.control(TQC)is propelling into coal mine.Although there are a lot of difficulties,the effect has been achieved.On the basis of practice in many years from macro-and micro-economic viewpoints, the author analyses its inevitability,characteristic and feasibility.It is regarded that TQC is the road of self-liberated out of the passive conditions in coal industry at present,as poor quality,many accidents, low efficiency,great money loss and bad benefit,and effect Beginning with the producing characteristics of coal mine and considering in eight aspects,the research has been made in order to find a TQC road possess- ing the speciality of coal mine.TQC can make a break-through in coal mine and it has great significancy. |
