| 摘 要： | 本文首先依照行业特点将石油企业划分为上下游石油企业,从技术创新的产出角度对上下游石油企业技术创新进行分类评价,按照生产工艺流程设计工艺创新基础指标;然后利用主观与客观相结合的修正熵值法确定指标之间的相对权重,并运用变异系数对权重进行检验;最后依据修正熵值法对中油股份公司下属13个上游企业进行技术创新能力评价。

| Abstract: | According to feature of Petroleum industry divide it to upstream and downstream, measure the effect of innovation in upstream and downstream from the point of ou tput,in the light of process design base index on technology innovation,then usi ng corrected entropy evaluation to fix relative weight and check it by coefficie nt of variation,evaluate innovation ability of upstream in GNPC last of all. |
