| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种无损伤测定焊接残余应力的方法 ,即磁测应力法 ;采用该方法对A6 33D焊接接头焊缝正面及其背面不同位置的焊接残余应力进行了测试 ;并分析了焊接接头残余应力的分布规律。试验结果表明 :该测试方法可靠性好 ,且不损伤焊接接头。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a method for measuring residual stress with no destruction magnetic flux test is introduced. Residual stress at different weld joints of A633D steel is tested. The distribution of residual stress of weld joints is analyzed. The results show that the method is of high reliability and not destructive to weld joints. |
