摘    要:以车辆非线性悬架系统为研究对象,采用理论与仿真相结合的方法,研究系统时滞瞬时最优控制动力学特性.首先以立方多项式模型描述非线性特性,建立含控制回路时滞的车辆非线性悬架系统动力学方程;然后通过状态变换处理系统时滞,利用最优控制理论和龙格库塔法设计了时滞瞬时最优控制律;最后通过数值仿真分析了系统在确定性激励下和随机激励下的状态输出响应.结果表明,时滞瞬时最优控制律可以保证系统稳定,优化控制权重矩阵可以获得更好的减振性能,且为研究将时滞作为控制输入参数奠定了基础,为主动减振提供了新思路,具有重要的理论和工程应用价值.

Abstract:The vehicle nonlinear suspension system is taken as the research object, the dynamic characteristics of the system time-delayed instantaneous optimal control are studied by the method of combining theory with simulation. Firstly, the cubic polynomial model is used to describe the nonlinear characteristics, and the dynamic equation of vehicle nonlinear suspension system with time delay in the control loop is established. Secondly, the time delay is dealt with state transformation. Then the time-delayed instantaneous optimal control strategy is designed by using optimal control theory and Runge-Kutta method. Finally, the state transmission of the system under deterministic and stochastic excitation is analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the time-delayed instantaneous optimal control can ensure the stability of the system, and the optimal control weight matrix can obtain better damping performance. Moreover, the research lays a foundation for the study of the time delay as the control input parameter, and provides a new idea for the active damping. The study has important theoretical and engineering application value.
