摘    要:为了对航班时刻进行科学合理的配置,以机位、跑道和走廊口构成的系统为研究对象,考虑航班在系统内的实际运行情况,通过滑行时间和飞行时间在各关键资源节点之间建立连接.以满足关键资源节点的容流匹配为前提,建立了面向实际运行的航班时刻优化模型.以5 min为步长的滑动时间窗,设计了面向精确解的高效最优化算法并使用MATLAB工具箱编程求解.对浦东机场班期时刻表进行实例优化,并应用AirTop软件进行仿真验证.研究结果表明,优化后平均离场延误降低了3.2 min,高峰离场延误降低了23 min,放行正常率提高了11.04%,证明了该模型和算法的有效性,可以为大型机场缓解延误、保障运行效率提供航班时刻配置方案的理论支持.

Abstract:In order to make a scientific and reasonable allocation of flight schedule, the system composed of stands, runways and corridors was taken as the research object, and in which the actual operation of the flight was considered by establishing connections between key resource nodes through taxi time and flight time . To meet the premise of matching the capacity and flow of key resource nodes, a flight schedule optimization model for actual operation was established. With a sliding time window of 5 minutes as the step length, an efficient optimization algorithm for accurate solutions was designed and the MATLAB toolbox was used to program the solution. The schedule of Pudong Airport was optimized as an example and AirTop software was used for simulation verification. The research results show that after optimization, the average departure delay is reduced by 3.2min, the peak departure delay is reduced by 23min, and the normal release rate is increased by 11.04%, which proves the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, which can relieve delays and ensure operation efficiency for large airports by providing theoretical support for the schedule allocation plan.
