Abstract:Based on the complicated environment of the current electric power marketization reform and the policy requirements of improving the quality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises, the large modern power grid enterprises which are above the provincial level are selected as the research object in this paper. Simultaneously, the evaluation for economic activities of them is also studied. On the basis of the full consideration of their characteristics, a comprehensive evaluation index system of economic activity is constructed. The comprehensive evaluation for economic activities of the power grid enterprises is conducted based on the improved combined weighting matter-element model (ICWME). The real example analysis shows that the improved model can effectively improve the reliability of evaluation results. The scientific comprehensive evaluation for economic activities of power grid enterprises is achieved, which can provide scientific direction guidance and method guidance for future development planning of enterprises.
