具有自调整功能的在线检测系统研究

摘    要:针对企业中存在的更改被测工件规格需要对测量系统进行调整的问题,文章介绍了具有自动跟随功能的在线检测系统。测量传感器固定在二维测量装置上,该装置可以根据用户界面输入的被测零件规格,自动寻找测量点,且运动灵活,可完全用于其它形状加工件尺寸自动检测,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of on-line production control in adjustment of the measurement system,an on-line measurement system is developed in the paper. The measuring sensors are installed on the two-coordinate measuring devices. Based on the information about the type of the inspected part from the user interface, two-coordinate devices are driven by stepping motors and automatically located at the measuring position. The developed system moves easily and can be widely used to measure the sizes of parts of different shapes,so this system is of great value in the practical application.
