| 摘 要： | 为了使投标者能够中标并获得较高的收益,就要讲究方法和策略。在文献1]和文献2]的基础上,把投标者成本分布确定为最接近现实情况的参数μ和σ的正态分布,研究并建立了信息对称下的投标博弈模型,得出了不同投标者的最优报价水平。 |

| Abstract: | Only with suitable methods and established strategies, the bidder may succeed in bidding for a construction project and make a higher profit. On the basis of literature1] and 2], we extend the normal distribution whose parameter is μ and σ, and points out the game situation of price-quoting while the information is not partial to participaters of the bidding. According to the model the paper brings forward optimal quoting prices. |
