| Abstract: | The article initiately puts forward the basic concept of benefit mechanism of hign technology in-dustrialization, and around the stages and subjects in the process of high technology industrializationanalysis the operational principle of the benefit mechanism. It points out the cardinal behavioral basisof each subject and discusses the key function of benefit mechanism. |
