非圆弧激波轮推杆减速器齿形分析

摘    要:根据推杆减速器的相对运动原理及法向等距线的性质,提出了一种通过内外滚子工作角关系求内齿圈齿廓或激波轮廓形的方法及普遍适用的计算公式,并给出了廓形曲率的计算公式及不发生顶切的条件,这种方法比传统的包络法简便、概念清楚。对非圆弧曲线激波轮推杆减速器的设计及廓形加工,具有重要实用的意义。

Abstract:According to the nature of parallel curves,a new method to derive the tooth profile equation ofgear ringand surge wheel of reductor is presented in this paper.And a group of calculating formulasare provided. which can fit to any form of surge wheel.This method is much simpler than evelopingmethod conventional ly used.The authors have also discussed the radi us of cutting tools by which thecutter interference may be avoided.
