平面跨音速叶栅的优化设计

摘    要:根据最优化理论建立了平面跨音速叶栅优化计算的数学模型,以跨音叶栅气动正问题的求解为基础,以叶栅损失系数ξ为目标函数,并考虑适当的约束条件,应用最优化方法,通过反复搜索,自动给出在一定条件下性能最佳的叶栅。从两种叶栅的优化设计的结果表明:优化后叶栅流场的特性得到了明显地改善,损失下降,将优化计算在叶轮机械设计领域内的应用向前推进了一步。

Abstract:With the combination of the calculation for the aerothermodynamic process and the tech-nique of optimzation,a mathematical model for an optimal calculation of the transonic tur-bine cascade is proposed in this paper. The optimizing method of the transonic turbine cas-cade uses the loss coefficient of cascade as objective function, and takes proper constraintsinto account. The method can automatically give the optimum transonic cascade under cer-tain condition through repeated searching. The optimal calculation outcomes of two kinds oftransonic turbine cascade show that the aerodynamic performance of the optimum cascadeshas been significantly improved, with their loss being much lower than that of the old ones. The method carries the application of optimum design in turbomachine a step forward.
