离心式透平压缩机声辐射场的理论分析及气动噪声频谱预测

摘    要:建立了一个可用于预测离心压缩机叶轮粘性尾迹与叶片扩压器相互作用而导致的声辐射议程,将叶片扩压器模化成一组周向排列的脉冲偶极源,每个脉冲的幅值和到达时间是随机变量,运用调制理论模型得出其相互作用而导致的噪声值及其频谱,对DH63型离心压缩机噪声场进行了,理论计算值与试验测试值合较好。

Abstract:Inthis paper,the authors present a theory applied to predict the acoustic radiation induccdby theinteraction between the viscous Wa kes of centrifugal compressor impell er and the vaned diffuser.Theblade vaned diffuser is simulated by a group of circula,wisely aligned pulse dipole source,in which theamplitude of every pulse and the time are random variables.Theoretical simulation model is applied toget noise value and its frequency spectrum induced by the interaction. the noise field of the centrifugalcompressor of type DH63 is measured.The theoretically calculated value is in good agreement with themeasured result in experiment.
