摘    要:应用冷原子吸收法测定酸奶制品中痕量汞.该法操作简便,最低检出浓度达0.4μg/kg,相对偏差<20%,经过对十余种酸奶制品进行检测,其汞含量均低于我国国标规定的乳制品中汞限量卫生标准

Abstract:In this paper, determination of trace mercury in sour milk by the cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The methol is simpely. The lowest determined concentration of it is 0.4μg/kg. The relative deviation<20 %. In determined eleventh samples of sour milk, the mercury contant of them is lower than that one which have been permitted in the standard of our country.
