微波改性活性炭SBR法处理乐果废水

摘    要:探讨了添加微波改性活性炭SBR法处理有机磷农药乐果的效果和最佳处理条件。结果表明:添加适度微波改性活性炭具有明显提高乐果降解率的作用,粒径为0.2~0.3mm的颗粒活性炭,经微波辐射处理60s,用量2g/L(混合液),进水CODcr为1614.98mg/L,出水CODcr为42.15mg/L,乐果去除率为97.4%。出水COD达到国家一级排放标准。

Abstract:The effect and optimal condition for the treatment of wastewater with organic phosphorus pesticide dimethoate by using microwave-modified activated-carbon SBR method were discussed.The results showed that the rate of decomposing dimetoate by adding proper quantity of microwave-modified activated-carbon was obviously raised.When the activated-carbon particles with diameter 0.2-0.3 mm were treated by microwave radiation for 60 s,97.4 percent of dimetthoate was removed from 2 g/L dimehoate mixture with the inlet concen- tration of 1 614.98 mg/L of CODcr and with outlet concentration of 42.15 mg/L of CODcr.Outlet COD reaches national primary standard.
