摘    要:针对城市普通道路与快速路出口衔接路段的公交优先实施方法开展研究,并提出一种针对该区域交通特征的新型公交优先控制技术.新技术的目标是减少研究区域公交车辆的交通冲突点,以及提升公交车的通行能力.新技术的主要支撑工具是交叉口渠化设计技术.本文对实施公交优先控制前后交叉口各交通方式通行能力进行分析,并结合多属性决策理论给出了不同交通状态下公交优先控制策略.本研究将提出的公交优先控制技术与传统的信号交叉口公交优先控制技术进行了对比,研究结果指出了新公交优先控制技术的优势所在,适用环境以及应用前景.

Abstract:In this paper, we research a kind of public transportation priority problem of signal intersection of adjacency at highway exit ramp, and propose a kind of public transportation priority technology. The goals of this paper are reducing the traffic conflict spots of public transportation and improving the traffic capacity of public transportation in intersection. The main tool of our research is the optimal design technology of intersection channelization. In this paper, combining present multiple attribute decision making theories, we compare the intersections, along with the new public transportation priority control technologies, with the classical public transportation priority control technologies, and with no public transportation priority control technologies. Finally, the advantages, the adaptive environment and the application prospect of the new technology are discussed.
