摘    要:针对参与联盟空港的退出决策问题进行了研究,从新航线开辟、国际航线合作、空港之间的竞争、空港之间的信任度和空港的联盟成本等五方面分析得到空港参与联盟的收益,将其与空港的实际收益作比较,分析空港是否会退出联盟,并运用2009年-2012年我国25个空港的实证数据进行研究.主要结论有:1)空港的实力会影响空港在联盟中的地位,进而影响空港的联盟退出选择.2)空港之间的直接竞争与信任度对空港是否会选择退出联盟有非常重要的影响.3)参与联盟对空港收益的提升作用不明显.

Abstract:The goal of this paper is to study the exit problem for airports in alliance. The alliance reward is gotten through the analysis of opening up new airline, cooperating on international airlines, airports competitiveness, airports' trust degree and airports' alliance cost. Then the decision on whether exits the alliance is made based on the comparison between alliance reward and real reward. Then an empirical study is done with the data of 25 Chinese airports from 2009 to 2012. The main results are: 1) Airport strength can influence the position in the alliance and then influence its exiting choice. 2) The direct competition and trust degree have important impact on the airport's exiting choice. 3) Alliance is not very effective for improving airport's reward.
