摘    要:考虑政府行为对再制造逆向物流的影响,本文通过对社会成本、经济成本和回收收入的优化,构建一个多周期多目标的动态混合整数规划模型.在模型中对政府补贴行为进行定量描述,其补贴大小与实际回收率、规定回收率以及单位补贴等相关,以及据此设计多目标粒子群算法对模型进行求解.通过仿真实例,验证模型的有效性和算法的可行性,并对政府补贴参数进行了灵敏度分析.

Abstract:Considering the effect of government behavior on remanufacturing reverse logistics, with the social cost, economic cost and recovery of income optimized, a multi-period and multi-objective dynamic mixed integer programming model is constructed. The behavior of government subsidies, the size of which is related with actual recovery rate, the fixed recovery rate and per unit subsidy, is quantitatively described in the model. A multi-objective particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is designed which is used to solve the model. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm, and the sensitivity analysis of the government subsidy parameter is given.
