跨区域重大工程项目脆弱性研究

为获知跨区域重大工程项目的脆弱性,基于复杂网络理论,提出一种评估跨区域重大工程项目系统脆弱性的方法.首先识别跨区域重大工程项目脆弱性影响因素,并在此基础上建立相应的权重矩阵,然后计算出该网络的拓扑参数,并用Matlab软件对其脆弱性进行仿真,最后把网络拓扑参数与仿真结果进行对比,分析跨区域重大工程项目脆弱性与拓扑结构的关系.结果表明,在跨区域重大工程项目中环境因素和社会因素的脆弱性大于经济因素的脆弱性,以警示跨区域重大工程项目的管理者.

Research on system vulnerability of interregional large-scale construction projects

To address the vulnerability of interregional large-scale construction projects, a method for the system vulnerability of interregional large-scale construction projects assess base on complex networks theory was proposed. First, factors affecting vulnerability of interregional large-scale construction projects was identified, then, the corresponding weighted adjacency matrix was established. And then calculate the topology of the network parameters, its vulnerability in simulation with Matlab software. Finally, compared the network topology parameters with the simulation results, analyze the relationship between vulnerability and topology of inter-regional major projects, we can see that environmental and society factors are more weak than economic factors in interregional large-scale construction projects. The results provide a warning to interregional large-scale construction projects managers.
