摘    要:当评价活动趋于大规模时,实现个体成员的逐一评价和全体成员的交互式评价困难重重.基于此,对传统的群组评价技术进行了改进,提出了一种两阶段子群群组评价技术.首先,对主体和客体进行分子群评价,减弱了大规模情形对评价活动的影响;其次,根据子群内的一致性意见进行等距抽样,并对样本实行全体成员间的交互式评价,以避免不同子群评价标准不一致对评价结论的影响.另外,根据样本意见进行测验等值,得到非样本客体的全体一致性意见,增加了评价结论的科学性和可靠性;最后,给出了应用算例,结果表明该方法具有可操作性和必要性.

Abstract:When evaluation activities tend to be on a large scale, it's difficult to achieve evaluation one by one and to realize interactive evaluation among all experts. This paper takes this as a breakthrough point and proposes a two-stage sub-group decision making technology. Firstly, we divide evaluation subjects and objects into subgroups in order to avoid the influence of massive situation on evaluation activity. Secondly, to avoid the effects of inconsistent evaluation standards on evaluation conclusion, we make systematic sampling according to the consistency opinions in the subgroups. In addition, this paper modifies the consistency of opinion of non-sample through test equating, which efficiently increase the scientific and reliability of the conclusion. Finally, a numerical example shows the feasibility and necessity for the proposed method.
