广义技术成熟度评价模型

摘    要:结合科技工程特点,研究如何量化评价重大工程中关键技术的成熟程度.在传统技术成熟度方法基础上,首先对设计成熟度、制造成熟度、产品成熟度、集成成熟度和系统成熟度等方法进行了研究改进,提出了广义技术成熟度的概念.然后研究了这些成熟度的综合集成关系,建立了广义技术成熟度集成模型,提出了广义技术成熟度的评价特征模型.最后研究了广义技术成熟度在科技工程转阶段评估和管理决策中的应用模型.研究提出的广义技术成熟度模型,已经在重大航天科技工程中得到了应用,可以更全面和准确地对关键技术的成熟程度进行评价.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of science and technology major project, this paper mainly researches how to quantitatively evaluate maturity level of critical technology in the major project. First, we conducted research on the improvement of these related methods of traditional technology readiness levels, such as technology readiness level, design readiness level, manufacturing readiness level, product readiness level, integration readiness level and system readiness level. Next, we put forward the concept of generalized technology readiness level (GTRL). Furthermore, we explored the comprehensive and integrated relationships of those readiness levels, established the GTRL model and the relevant assessment metrics model. Finally, the application model of the GTRL was researched for the phase transition and decision-making during management of science and technology project. The GTRL model, assessment metrics model and application model that are proposed by this paper have been used to conduct the critical technology assessment and management in an aerospace science and technology major project in an overall and accurate way.
