| 摘 要： | 东北地区在推进中国工业发展方面做出了历史性贡献，但进入21世纪以来，由于诸多原因，发展动力不足，成为中国区域协调发展格局中的“问题区域”。分析了东北地区经济发展问题形成的原因，阐释了未来可持续发展需要处理的重大关系和创新发展的主要途径，针对发展动力培育，营商环境优化、多途径合作模式构建等方面提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The Northeast region used to lead China's industrialization till the 1980s with historic contributions in promoting the industrialization process and establishing the complementary national industrial system. However, in the new century, one arising problem is that the Northeast region lacks developing forces, unlike other regions of the dramatic economy growth. This paper analyzes the causes of this problem, the important issues of the sustainable development and the major methods for the innovative development. Some policy suggestions are made on optimizing the commercial environment and constructing a multi-approach cooperation. |
