摘    要:基于不同的系统可用度改进方法,研究了多状态串并联可修系统的优化设计问题.在系统部件具有常数失效率和修复率的假定下,分别利用减小因子法、增加因子法、热备冗余法、温备冗余法和冷备冗余法改进系统可用度,提出了混合法改进系统可用度的优化设计模型.在一定可用度水平及体积和重量约束下,以改进系统可用度所需成本最小为优化目标,给出了系统可用度改进方法的优化设计方案.基于遗传算法处理离散设计变量的灵活性和其较强的搜索功能,利用遗传算法求解所建立的优化设计模型.

Abstract:This paper studies the optimization design problem for a repairable multi-state series-parallel system based on different system availability improvement methods. Assumes that the system components have constant failure rates and repair rates, system availability is improved according to reduction factor, increase factor, hot standby redundancy, warm standby redundancy and cold standby redundancy methods, and an optimization design model of improving availability methods is proposed. The optimization design scheme of total investment cost minimization with the constraints of availability, volume and weight is given. Genetic algorithm is employed to solve the optimization design model based on its flexibility in representing discrete design variables and its robust search capability.
