摘    要:针对自动化集装箱码头水平搬运作业和堆场作业,提出一种集成调度优化方法,以最小化最大完工时间为目标,同时考虑船舶装、卸作业,建立自动升降车(automated lifting vehicles,ALV)调度与堆场位置分配集成优化模型,提出求解模型的优化算法,设计基于遗传算法的启发式算法,利用算例对模型与算法的有效性进行了验证.计算结果表明,提出的启发式算法可以提高运算效率,能够在很短的时间内对大规模算例求出高质量的解.另外,集成优化模型同时考虑码头多个作业环节,有利于提高自动化集装箱码头的装卸作业效率.

Abstract:This study proposed an integrated approach to determine the ALV (automated lifting vehicle) dispatching and container storage, considering the loading and unloading operations simultaneously. An integrated optimization model of ALV scheduling and storage allocation was developed taking the minimum of the maximum completion time as objective function. To solve the model, a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm was designed. Numerical experiments were provided to illustrate the validity of the model and algorithm. Results indicate that the designed algorithm proposed can improve the computation efficiency and obtain near-optimum solution for large-scale problems efficiently. Moreover, the integrated optimization model considers multiple links, which contributes to the operation efficiency in automated container terminals.
