| 摘 要： | 对青海大黄和黄籽沙逊杂交组合的6个世代千粒重进行了测定。结果表明。千粒重的广义遗传率为34．83％，狭义遗传率为8．43％。说明F2千粒重变异有34．83％是由于遗传差异引起的，8．43％是由基因的加性方差引起的，千粒重的狭义遗传率较低，在杂种早代不宜选择。

| Abstract: | Through examination 1000 - weight of six generations of the crossing combination from Qinghai Dahuang and Yellow Sarson, found that the H2 and h2 of 1000- weight were 38.43% and 8.43%,respectively. It suggests that 34.83% variance of 1000- weight come from the genetic variance and 8.43% come from the additive variance. The narrow heritability for 1000 - weight of yellow - seed rape in B. campetris is low, so it is not a fit to choose in early hybrid generation. |
