模糊多级综合评价模型与应用

摘    要:在管理职能的转变与转换过程中,首先需要定量地评价管理职能的水平。首先通过对职能评价的模糊性的分析,根据系统评价原理,提出了职能评价的指标体系。建立了职能评价的5大类一级指标和17个二级指标。其次针对提出的职能评价指标体系,应用模糊多级综合评价方法对职能进行一级模糊评价和二级模糊评价。最后通过实例说明这种方法在实际职能评价的应用中是有效和可行的,并对实例的结果给予讨论,为管理实践中的职能评价提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the management function transformation,we need to know how to evaluate the level of management function.First through the analysis that the function is fuzziness,on the basis of the principle of system evaluation,the fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate function.The five indexes on the first level and seventeen indexes on the second level are conceived.Aiming at the proposed function evaluation system,the fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the function on the first level and on the second level.This method is proved to be efficient and feasible in practice by analyzing an example.A discussion to the example result is given to provide the theory for the management practice.
