| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,办公自动化在高校公文处理上的普及应用,使得电子文件在高校教学、科研和管理活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用.如何加强电子文件的归档管理,是目前办公自动化条件下高校档案工作亟待解决的问题,同时也给高校档案工作者提出了一个崭新的课题.

| Abstract: | With the development of information and network technology,and the wide use of office automation in colleges and universities on documents,electronic files are playing more and more important role in teaching,scientific researches and administrative work.How to enhance the archiving administration of those electronic files has become urgent issue and it poses a challenge to file clerks in tertiary schools. |
