摘    要:红细胞补体受体I(CR1)是红细胞重要的免疫物质基础,红细胞的一个功能是通过CR1促进免疫复合物由循环中完全清除.红细胞免疫黏附能力与CR1数量表达有关,CR1的基因突变影响数量表达.许多疾病如系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、慢性肝炎及肿瘤中红细胞CR1水平下降,与CR1分子的数量及基因多态性密切相关.

Abstract:Erythrocyte Complement receptor type 1 (CR1) is the basis of important immune substance on E. One function of E is that CR1 advance elimination of immune complexes (IC) completely from the circulation. There is a correlation between the ability of erythrocytes immune adhering and the number of CR1, and CR1 genomic mutation affect the number. There is intimate association between the descending level of CR1 and the number of CR1 or CR1 in some diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), chronic hepatitis and tumor.
