摘    要:在文献[1]的基础上,首先讨论了最小有序评价树(SOET)评价的建模机理,提出了多种评价原则下的模糊运算模型、集成式多目标权系数赋值方法以及各SOET根节点评价知识的生成方法;然后以对SOET的评价模型为基本模型,讨论了不同层次SOET之间综合的基于知识的推理方法,提出了在两种群体评价原则下的基于知识的模糊推理算法.依据本文提出的两种算法可以较好地实现不同评价专家对多人多层次多目标综合评价问题(M3CEP)的合作求解.

Abstract:Based on paper,this paper first discusses the modelling mechanism of evaluation for the smallest ordered evaluation tree(SOET),proposes fuzzy operation models under multiple evaluation rules,integrated multiobjective weights assigning methods,and generative methods of evaluation knowledge of every SOET root node.Taking the evaluation models for SOETs as basic models,discusses knowledge based reasoning methods for synthesizing among SOETs of different layers,proposes knowledge based fuzzy reasoning algorithms under two kinds of group evaluation rules.According to the two kinds of algorithms proposed in this paper,the cooperation solving of different evaluation experts for multiperson multilayer multiobjective comprehensive evaluation problems(M 3CEP)is avaible.
