| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育大众化进程中，高职教育实现了跨越式发展，但也存在教育目标定位不准、办学方向不够明确等问题。要实现高职教育的健康、持续、和谐发展，高职院校必须准确定位，明确发展方向，创新办学理念，积极进行教学改革，加强“双师型”教师队伍和实验、实训基地建设。
