摘    要:近年来,起重机械呈现出电气化、自动化和智能化的发展趋势,起重机械的智能化将其电气控制系统复杂度推上了一个全新的高度,而由电气系统故障引发的事故所占比重有一定的提升,因此关于起重机械电气系统的功能安全的研究更是重中之重。针对起重机械电气系统的功能安全评估问题,提出了一种基于负向函数和对应权重的定量风险评估方法。通过黑盒测试法,获取测试信号下设备电气系统的输出。对于采集到的输出数据利用负向函数评估各项参数的分数,考察并分析每项输出对系统性能的影响程度,利用层次分析法确定每项参数的权重,采用不同的权重动态调整方法,对超出预警值和极限值的输出特征参数进行突出显示。最后,通过对雷达发射机的风险评估数据进行实例计算,根据单项评分和权重得出系统的综合分数,评估系统的风险,验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。

Abstract:In recent years, lifting machinery has shown a development trend of electrification, automation and intelligence, the intelligence of lifting machinery has pushed the complexity of its electrical control system to a new height, and the proportion of accidents caused by electrical system failures has increased to a certain extent, so the research on the functional safety of the electrical system of lifting machinery is even more important. A quantitative risk assessment method based on negative function and corresponding weight was proposed to evaluate the functional safety of electrical system of lifting machinery. Through black box test method, the output of electrical system of equipment under test input was obtained. Negative function was used to evaluate the score of each parameter, and the influence degree of each output on system was investigated and analyzed. The weight of each parameter was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and different weight dynamic adjustment methods were adopted to highlight the output characteristic parameters that exceeded the warning value and limit value. Finally, By performing example calculations on the risk assessment data of radar transmitters, the comprehensive score of the system is obtained according to the individual score and weight, and the risk of the system was evaluated, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified.
