疏水吸附剂吸附、微波再生净化有机废气研究

摘    要:研究了疏水吸附剂HZ净化苯、乙醚、二硫化碳等有机废气的吸附特征,并考察了微波再生性能,结果表明,吸附饱和的吸附剂能在微波场中有效再生,有机废气被转化为无害或低害的水、二氧化碳、二氧化硫等小分子物质,微波再生后的吸附剂具有与原来相当的吸附容量和表面积.

Abstract:Microwave regeneration of hydrophobic zeolite used for removal of volatile organic compounds from waste gas has been investigated. Benzene, ether and carbon disulfide were removed from waste gas through adsorption onto hydrophobic zeolite made by ourselves. The saturated zeolite was then regenerated in a microwave field, where the volatile organic compounds were quickly desorbed and recovered from the inner pores of the zeolite granules, also can be changed into simple materials or materials to be treated easily such as carbon dioxide, water and sulfur dioxide, etc.. The microwave - induced regeneration restored the original adsorption capacity and surface area of the zeolite.
