| Abstract: | In this paper the parametric equations of a cylindrical helix with a variable pitch are derived.The analysis of a helical surface with a variable pitch is made.An algorithm method is offered for the development of the helical surface.By the method,the drawings of the development may be drawn by computer with a high speed and accuracy. |
