圆锥螺旋铣刀的铣削力仿真

摘    要:应用微分几何理论,给出了圆锥螺旋赞和何特性,据此导出了三维非线性铣削力模型,继而采用非线性规划识别切削力系数。

Abstract:By differential geometrical theory,the three dimensional nonlinear milling force model of tapered mills is formulated in this paper.The nonlinear optimization is used to identify the milling force coefficients.To verify the validity of the simulation model developed in this paper,a test only in one cutting condition is implemented to determine the cutting force coefficients,and the milling force of other cutting conditions is simulated.The simulation results show a very satisfactory agreement with experimental results.
